Reilly hit this one out of the park! Our bathroom was built in 1957, so he took it down to the studs and replaced almost everything! We were able to keep the vanity and added new doors, drawer facings, tile, and sink. I love blue and white, so we went with a beautiful almost navy shower tile and Hale Navy paint for the cabinets. The shiplap on the walls gives the bathroom a modern feel and really helps to frame the project. The huge mirror and 5 globe light fixture allow for plenty of light when getting ready. I love the gold accents as well. Reilly is so easy to work with. He’s hard-working, punctual, creative, knowledgeable, and honest! If there was something he did that didn’t seem right, he worked until it was right. I never worried that I wouldn’t like something. We have done several projects with Reilly, and I highly recommend him. Work ethic is spot on. Can’t wait to start the next project!

Expert Fascia Replacement in Nolensville, TN
Fascia replacement protects the board that runs along the lower edge of your roof. That board holds your gutters in place and seals the gap between your roofline and the outside. When it fails, water gets in, gutters pull away, and the damage spreads fast. Nolensville homes deal with humid summers, heavy spring rain, and occasional hail. Those conditions push moisture into wood fascia year after year. Many homes in established Nolensville neighborhoods also have wood fascia that was never wrapped or sealed, making rot a common finding during roof inspections. Westward Company inspects the full roofline before any boards come off. We remove damaged sections, check the rafter tails behind them, and install replacement fascia that fits flush and drains correctly. If your gutters are sagging or pulling away from the house, damaged fascia is often the reason. Call Westward Company to schedule a roofline inspection in Nolensville.

Fascia Replacement FAQ
Common questions about fascia replacement in Nolensville, TN.
Replacement is needed when the board is soft, cracked through, or rotted behind the surface. Westward Company inspects fascia on Nolensville homes to tell you exactly which sections need to come off.
Yes, gutters are attached directly to the fascia board, so a weakened board cannot hold them securely. Homeowners in Nolensville often find sagging gutters are the first visible sign of fascia failure.
Not always. Westward Company checks gutter condition during every fascia inspection in Nolensville and will tell you if they can be reattached or need to be replaced.
Water that overflows or backs up from clogged gutters sits against the wood and causes rot over time. Nolensville's wet spring seasons make this a frequent issue on homes with wood fascia that was never wrapped or sealed.
Westward Company checks the rafter tails and roof deck behind the fascia before installing new boards in Nolensville. Any deteriorated wood behind the fascia is addressed before the new board goes on.
Yes, a roofing contractor is the right call because fascia connects directly to the roof edge and gutter system. Westward Company handles fascia replacement as part of complete roofline work across Nolensville, TN.
